David, Don't mind these ADVR folks, Since ADVR been DEAD for almost 3 weeks now, it's not like they got anything to say about ADVR anyway I don't mind you asking me about Progress Software(PRGS) From what I understand the buy out price is est. $26 - $28 and will be a ALL cash deal. I would hold and wait for the news. I am confident that my sources are correct. PRGS has it own thread on SI and I will post any further news there.
