DR. FRANK/ALL - I just spoke with IR @cych. Her name is Maria, nice lady and can be reached at (703) 453-1119. Of course, she's bullish and feels the bad news is out. They report 7/28 and she opines they wanted to get the bad news out early. One interesting fact (at least to me) was her response to the insider selling of late. All the insiders (May sales) were ICVerify folks and not cych. They were given cych stock in the merger and they took profits or cashed out depending on your pov. More: ICVerify was cych's largest competitor. So the merger/buyout removed that opstacle. In getting ICVerify, they now have physical payment hardware/software as well as internet. The machines at Macy's (for example) that swipe your credit cards can be (and some are) ICVerify. Veriphone is the big dog in that biz. Anyway - that's what I know.
