The market makers can only do so much with the bids. It is the sellers who are permitting the price to be where it is - if sellers were willing to hold out at higher ask prices the bids will have to come up. But this is not happening. It is simple economics. The supply and demand are relatively equal at the present market level. When the supply shrinks at this market level the price will go up. My guess is that not all IMNR owners are comfortable with the projected events in Switzerland and, also, since this was the end of the quarter undoubtedly some of the approximately 35 institutional owners decided to shift inventories around over the last several trading days.
