I've got a gripe about this company. A while back they had an internet access deal for 15.00 a month or something like that. To get that rate you had to sign up for them as long distance also. I thought I would try out their service. First of all, their IE 4.0 completely messed up my computer, which I was able to fix after a few days.(with *no* help from MCI)

So I cancelled my account, switched my long distance carrier back, and now they are trying to charge me for a charge on their long distance service (that costs $5 a month) I never used their long distance, I only had it for a week. And they never told me that there was going to be a monthly charge of $5 for the privilege of using their service. So I'm not paying. Their customer service uses the ploy "well, its only 5.00 and you'll be paid up in full". They will not waive the charge.

I just think its bad policy and bad customer service to not tell a customer what the charges are for what they are signing up for. And I wonder if the Internet service offer is just a scam to nickle and dime a bunch of people to death.

I feel better already..............
