I still think it's the Zulu horse, given the ultimate 80/20 breakdown in the resulting entity.

I think you've clearly explained my position that the end result will not be an overnight gain in value for ZULU shareholders should a merger occur - if it were to be the case, would you not be seeing ESVS shares being dumped and people flocking to ZULU?? You were correct in stating it would be in their best interests to do so. Hence, more people than just me think any combination will be fair to both parties. No overnight "magic money" here, just as there wasn't with the dividend.

On another note, it would be interesting to see the breakdown of the Netscape ads in the ad rankings someone posted earlier. Remember that ZULU looks after some of the ads on NSCP, and is thus represented in the list indirectly. All that list showed was individual sites and ad networks, not consolidated size. The Zulumedia network didn't make the list, but where do they stand if you list all sites they're responsible for?
