Whispers, Takeover, or ???

Clearly someone knows something about this stock (or thinks they do). Less than a month ago it was below 8 and today it's over 12 on good volume. Up over 50% in less than a month and all of this without news. So what is it, blowout quarter, takeover, or ??? My only regret is that I got worried with the management changes and didn't load up when it dropped.
