Does history repeat itself?.............

After the last reverse split there were well UNDER a million shares outstanding and look what happened. It all depends in the future how Altomare gives out shares. Questions I would like answered?:

1) What happened to the Class B common shares that supposedly were not effected by the reverse? Who owns them?
2) My broker says it is too early to confirm yet but they are claiming the warrants are unassigned meaning if you sell the stock in the future, you still keep the warrants. I would like final confirmation on this since this would be in our best interest.
3) Since the warrants are restricted, if the stock ever goes to the $6 and $10 strike figure how long after the warrants are exercised to we have to hold the warrant before it can be sold? This has not been put out yet. Remember, once exercised the warrant can go down in price and be worth less than you paid for it(either $6 for the Class A warrant and $10 for the Class B warrant)
4) Supposedly warrants are issued on shares held at today's close(I'm not sure about this) I'm curious to see the buying tomorrow if no warrants are involved.
5) How did the reverse get leaked out and made official by OTCBB? If the stock had closed yesterday at .06 we would have started the day at $4.20 a share. The reverse was supposed to be announced after the name change. Trader Greg you like to dig. Go for it and any others that feel these are important questions.
