Why don't you contact the company in writing exspressing your concerns in a professional and non-threatening manner. Better yet get a list of the board members and send letters to them and then enclose copies of these letters to the company officers. We would all support you, in that your premise is correct but your focus (this board, which the last time I looked is non-voting)is fruitless. That way we could all win....you could pass the letter by us and we could make suggestion.
