Press Release: I just got a fax from ALAN. They have appointed Robert Kauffman as Chairman, president and CEO. Maley will stay on as president of the Fry Guy division. A lawyer, Steven P. Oman replaces Sammy Linn as a director. Kauffman used to work for ARCO as a VP. Kauffman was most recently president and CEO of Photocom Inc. from 1988-1997. Photocom Inc. is now known as Golden Genisis. Sure wish they had good news about sales.
