Any PRWT investors that purchased shares of the stock between June 5, 1998 and June 26, 1998 take note and proceed accordingly.
Many PRWT investors purchased stock during this period based upon the news and anticipated news that a Mr. Reason supposedly would receive and then publish, (on the SI thread), from certain officers at PRWT. Mr. Reason allegedly would HYPE the stock with the help of PRWT management and certain SI members causing the stock to reach 13.5 cents a share (1300% INCREASE IN TWO WEEKS). Mr Reason again with the help of certain SI members allegedly conspired to convince the investors to BUY NOW OR YOU ARE A FOOL because the stock will be worth at least 20 cents a share by the following week. The conspiracy to HYPE this stock with out any solid and confirmable facts continues on a daily basis. PRWT closed today with a BID price of 5.4% down again from yesterdays close. There was also a sell of a 900,000 share block trade late this afternoon. Many investors purchased tens of millions of shares at prices 12 cents and higher based upon the on going HYPE and anticipated news releases most of which never materialized. These investors have suffered damages and have lost approximately 65% of there investment in less than two weeks. Furthermore there have been several SI investors that have threatened me and others if we do not go along with there tactics and HYPE. I have been in contact today with the Securities Exchange Commission District Office, located at 3475 Lenox Rd, NE,Suite 1000, Atlanta Georgia, 30326. Phone# 404-842-7600, and will be filing a detailed complaint with that office relevant to the aforementioned. If you were one of the PRWT investors damaged by this alleged conspiracy to commit fraud and want to put a stop to the THREATS, DAMAGES and HYPE you may PRIVATE e-mail me with information regarding what date or dates that you purchased PRWT, at what price, how many shares, and reason that you purchased the shares. I only have 97,500 shares of PRWT which I purchased at 6.1 cents and am fortunate that I discovered the alleged scam in its infancy!!
