Just how stupid and moronic do you think the average reader is here! A 10Q (quarterly statement) takes a significant amount of time to prepare and is generally released one month after the end of the quarter. The statements included in that report must reflect the current status and forward looking viewpoint of the company as of the last day of that quarter.

The press release of 4/6 stated that product began shipping that day and therefore contains information that is more up-to-date than that found in the 10Q. And they state clearly in the press release that these are commercial units.

I have worked in the biomedical and commercial electronics industries for nearly twenty years and would never consider labelling product as a commercial shipment unless these were production units. Any thing else would be called samples or prototypes, alpha/beta units etc. That is the language of the business.

Your actions and tactics to this point have finally convicted me to believe irreversibly and without failing that you are nothing more than a paid mouth for the company. At least Skipard has come to some realization that he has either been duped at worst, or that the management of CCSI has failed him utterly at best and that others he has advised have been gravely affected and let down. He at least has a soul.
