This was very insightful analysis. I have been reading similar comparisons on Amazon and Barnes and Noble. I have seen some trading strategies in which people are shorting AMZN and using the proceeds to buy BKS. Be careful however, because of the limited float, it is difficult to borrow AMZN to short and some existing short positions are being closed out. Traders may want to use option positions as a proxy for a short sale...ie selling out of the money calls or buying puts. Happy Trading CB
