The article reported that the government requirement is not a "load" but merely one ounce - that's the equivalent of two McDonald's squeeze catsups. Then there's the issue of those horrible tortilla chips soaked in hydrogenated oils - containing a far worse ratio of fat than with fries. You can verify that.

All in all, I maintain that institutional grade salsa and chips has no nutritional advantage over catsup and fries. Probably worse.
