Yeah, David, to get it in this quarter (which really, there is no requirement for, but I would imagine it makes their accounting MUCH easier) I think they will have to announce within the next 2 weeks.

Or, we could have 2 offerings in Q4, but that's also doubtful.

Something's up..oh yeah, it's Safeguard.
