Use phrases like Wanton Breach of Duty, indefensible acts of personal interest, SEC Rule violations, (District Court of Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma, RE: Case CJ 98-2571), several unethical acts, disregarding a call for a proxy vote, and what ever else comes to mind.
