Mike,...All BANY,

Called BANY Investor Relations today.

Banyan feels that the Dell relationship is very major......and information dealing with "what it means for the company" will be spread over the next days and weeks as inquiries are made and targeted cold calls are made. Lots of DD going on about the relationship.

Banyan feels that the Ingram distribution network is very important...and also not considered fully by the market. Many prospects, who have not done business with BANY, have not because BANY did not have a major distributor....or network in place to deliver product as needed by the prospects. These accounts are being contacted.....or re-contacted as the case may be. ( I believe Dell would not have happened without Ingram....as I believe Ingram is a master distributor for Dell)

Banyan is planing on having another conference call....perhaps in July........They are expecting many more participants, so they are looking at an operator moderated call. Anyhow....It was stressed to me that Banyan feels the conference calls are an excellent way to communicate with shareholders.......as the base grows.

The rest of the call was standard PR type of stuff....Lots of irons in the fire.....Very excited.....Reporting company a top priority.....Very busy......and so on.

This call was rather upbeat......gang. I have made a bunch of them.....they seem to get better with each major development. I think BANY sees lots of doors opening because of the Ingram and Dell deal.

I believe they think that the stock is undervalued.
