I have been interested in this company for the past few months, but I would like to know more about their strategy going forwards. Obviously the momentum investors bailed out some time ago and the stock has been brutally punished. My questions are:

1) Is there any juice left in the helpdesk market or is it just another commodity product?

2) What is the general impression about the strength of current management?

3) Is their technology too old? I'm hearing that the future belongs to "3-tier" architectures: Database, app server, and web browser interface. Clearly these guys are the old client/server model.

4) Any product plans in the works, like an NT product?
