In researching this company I had one flag come up, that I ignored! Transfer Agent: Self Underwriter: Self I have not been able to find anything to the contrary so if anyone else has it please post it for the rest of us. Draw your own conclusions but don't you usually get the share count from the "Transfer Agent"? Jeff
