What exactly is the amount of shares that you can trade without filing for 144. Does it go by price or # of shares? Never really thought that I'd be in a position that I would have to file one. Anyone that could give me an answer I would appreciate it. I still feel I am long on the stock, but it doesn't hurt to find out????????
