Ed,

Do you think that patients chronically taking Viagra may eventually end up developing immunity to it. ie Is it possible that the body may perceive blocked PDE5 as a lack of PDE5 and thus produce more PDE5 to the point that 100mg won't inhibit all the PDE5? Again, just curious.
