David, You ask,"Why weren't we included in that notice".... You're a small stockholder...you'll always be the last to know. Unfortunately, thats how the game gets played.The little guys have a tendency to get stomped. In the future... Watch price/volume action...this one has trended down for quite awhile now. Don't take advice from people like Riley....they are posting solely for their own interests...not yours. The day before Riley came out with his "buy" rec. and target of $37....the stock was downgraded by H&Q..a major house may not always be right...but they at least try to be. The articles in the NYO...something smells there... A large short position...and growing...for no apparent reason... In a way, everyone was given notice on this one. Many didn't pay attention. I quit trading it when the last earnings were announced. The stock didn't act right...and has trended down since. Look for a short covering rally, and look for a better vehicle. They really are out there. Just my thoughts Dave
