Thanks for the Teligent cue. They are one of my paradigm companies, on the assumption that 24 gigahertz spectrum is actually better than lower bands because it interferes less and permits more directionality from smaller antennas. Of course, by these measures, Winstar at 38 gig is even better, and 38 gig has better rain fade performance than 24. However, Teligent has $l.6 billion.
