Updates to GMGC website. They changed their job listings today. I always find it instructive to see who firms are recruiting. You can learn a lot that way ... - They're recruiting more network operator and support people. Weighted on the billing/service side. A quote: "(General Magic) is poised to launch our exciting Portico network service". - They're recruiting TeleMarketing people to "generate client and industry contacts for our new product launch of Portico". I wonder who they'll be calling? - Recruiting more sales engineers. "You will be responsible for working with network carriers, business partner networks and technical personnel in designing and implementing the most effective connectivity solutions to interface to our network operations center".
