Didn't Seattle court already suspended the deal for the time being?
FCC just put a timestamp on it, 90 days. I don't see any impact at
all, after all the case is one of the main causes of the initial
drop from 41 to 29, I think it is still factored in. Taking today
SmithBarney's recommendation into consideration, I got the impression
that the merger went smoother than expected, and the case is the only
thing in the way of stock price rise.

If there is a dip, watch in for the smart money to buying in aggressively.

The future of bandwidth is in the hand of QWST and 2 or 3 other
players(WMB, being a good value play also), It will drive the
internet and telecom to the next level, it is really a great
buying opportunity as far as I am concerned.
