So what's your guess on why they might be doing it? Any other 'business logical' reasons you can think of?

PS - My understanding is that CPQ is one of the few that built it's own boards. Since other majors like Dell apparently do not, is it really a big advantage? Also, could it be possible that CPQ got a very good deal from an Asian manufacturer looking for the work at rock bottom prices due to the crisis over there?
