The reorganization plan will be amended and the deadline date of 29June98 was postponed. It seems the greedy creditors want more of the assets and leave nothing for us shareholders. Meantime guess who makes the $$$'s? Filing dates now are for the 13th of July, the 17th and final date of 21 July 1998. More parties are looking into the purchase of the thermoplastic plants. There still may be hope for us shareholders if my call to the SEC has an impact. Tarheel should call John McQuade for Thermolite shafts and check with Vista plant personnel.
