Todays action, and that of other recent days, fits the scenario of someone continually lowering their asking price, regardless of demand, as illogical as that might seem.

I would prefer that Jensen and Co bootstrap this thing now, but if they need more money they should be considering offering a package to current shareholders.
How about issuing some warrants to current shareholders to buy shares at 40 cents? Does this make sense?
