Very bullish thread. Many talking about going to 50 after the split. Just wondering what the justification for that would be. Estimates are coming down across the board and are currently around 2.95 for 98 and 3.50 for 99. At todays price of 105 we get a 98 pe of 35 and a 99 pe of 30 for a growth rate of around 10% and slowing. At 50 (150 pre split) its 51 and 43. Disneys obviously worth a premium, but I'm still having a tough time justifying these heights. Also remember that when it splits the % swings will be bigger both ways. A sell off like today would have been much worse after the split, imo. Also, even though many disagree with anal_ysts (myself included), they do affect stock prices. Patient longterm investors will get a much better buying opportunity in the next few months, imo.

Good luck, Neil.
