I just noticed there were a few Emails on my home computer that requested I Email them my info which did not make it to my office Email list. I apologize for the foul-up, I have Emailed my last letter to you people that were not on the master list.... SORRY!
Also, I have received a few Emails from people actively sending complaints to the SEC that are doing a very good job of getting the word out to their elected officials as well. I am impressed with the Group we have here, we are making progress.
As many know, we were unable to secure the $750,000 bond to continue the temporary injunction that Judge Shallcross placed on Mr. Arnold, this was set back, but not the end of the battle, we just have to approach this from another direction.
In the mean time, we need to continue to send complaints to the SEC and our elected officials, they need to make changes in the laws to put an end to these OTC muggings. Who knows what OTC company is next, or worst yet, will we be shareholders in it.
