Tuesday June 30, 3:38 pm Eastern Time AmeriResource says finalizes purchase SHAWNEE MISSION, Kan., June 30 (Reuters) - AmeriResource Technologies Inc., a consulting firm, said Tuesday that it finalized the purchase of First Americans Mortgage Corp., a Native American residential lending and consulting company. The company said First Americans will become a unit of AmeriResource through a stock swap, the terms of which were not disclosed. Does everyone see what's after the date (Reuters) the last time I checked they where listed as a NEWS WIRES Service or am I wrong??? The news is on Yahoo...We are getting Notices out for others to see.. Thank you ARET Management...Bill
