Robert, after viewing the trading the past 3 days, is it your belief that cibc oppenheimer has yet to begin to buy back ANY of the shares they are short? In other words, are they still not convinced that IMNR is for real? Seems to me a more prudent strategy, given the downside risk, would be to buy back as many shares as possible in the 15 dollar range while they still have the chance...but they haven't done so, right?
