Rod, thanks for the info.,,, But I'd say for the consertiveism of it, lets go with the 94,724,000(call it 95mm) house holds(as indicated, some were vacant, and others may be summer/winter homes- I still only have one though).
So we're just splitting hairs here.... say 30 million house holds. I suppose what I need to get an answer to is how many of those households are on-line?
Whence I figure that out, I'll be getting closer to where Tom is at with figures.
But if CKFR wants to capture 30% of households (regardlesds), You got 30,000,000(sorry, I like seeing "0"s), at 10 bucks a pop(although some banks do provide bill pay free- whack it in half?)
Their working for the capibility to maintain 30,000,000 accounts? Genesis is in it's third and final stage.
Something like 2.2 million subscribers (which I am guessing is out dated too)..... I see a lot of room for growth. We're at less than 10%. How much of the remainder CKFR will get remains to be seen, but it's still not even a close race yet.
This appears to be a big dust storm on the horizon, and I know where I'll be when the dust settles. How about you all?
p.s. Let's not lose track of the fact that that concensus is 5 years old, and the "new house" market has been on a tremendous boom since then. Any one want to give up # there? |
