charlie, has the fda given any indication as to when sucalfate will be approved. Do you know the terms and conditions of the Tessler warrant that expires in Oct. 98 and is their any litigation with the estate of tessler concerning this warrant or any other matter. Does the company have the ability yet to obtain equipment financing on their own without paying these high interest rates to ICC. Does icc source raw material in a more cost effective way then a perrigo for instance and if so, is this savings passed along to phfr or does it go into the pocket of ICC?
