Sorry you were not there. I disagree with what you are saying about the High Yield bonds. I see them as the next level in credit worthiness after the Equity/RegS financing which is the lowest form of corporate financing because of the elements that do this type of vehicle. It is an out of control dilutive financing that overhangs the stock and depresses shareholder value. If a Wallstreet firm is willing to sell to "high yield seekers" institutional or otherwise our offering then it has credibility that is IMHO of a higher order then the RegS/Equity financing that is presently funding the company at the expense of the shareholder.

This is why I have felt all along that the Refinery was worth $2-3.00/share to the company because it is disproportionately important to the credit worthiness of AIPN. I am sure this is flawed logic but the Market is killing the stock so it is apparent that they are not in favor of this Hunt financing.
