News will be out this morning on ETPI (either at or just after the bell) regarding acquisition of a water park ($4.8 million value, for around $2 million in cash/stock). Also expect a release on Monday which will recap recent events, including the opening of a 11,000+ square foot Hero's in The Parks in Arlington Mall (avg sales/sq ft for tenants in the mall is $375, so it give you an idea of the money the center can generate -- company estimates $3,000,000/yr), and the opening of another smaller Hero's adjacent to one of their Chacho's restaurants (assuming it opens before the 4th as planned). Another Hero's will be opening in the next week or two in The Bronco Bowl in Dallas (http://www.broncobowl.com). Company is also close to closing a bank line-of-credit deal which will provide additional financing for center openings. Needless to say, there's a lot going on here. Plus, they're profitable and reporting, and meet all major market listing requirements except for stock price. Gator
