Millennium Electronics Selects IDT WinChip for New $499 Personal
Computers

Partnership Brings New Price/Performance to Value Computing

IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 1, 1998--Millennium Electronics Inc. (OTC BB:MILM) Wednesday announced
that its NetRam Computers subsidiary has begun to ship systems based on the IDT WinChip processor manufactured by IDT
(Nasdaq:IDTI - news).

The offerings include systems running at 180, 200, 225 and 240MHz. The 180 and 200MHz NetRam systems have a
manufacturer's suggested retail price of $499.

A typical NetRam 200MHz system includes: integrated video and SoundBlaster compatible sound, 16MB EDO RAM, 1.7GB
IDE Hard Drive, stereo speakers, 3.5 inch 1.44 MB floppy drive, CD-ROM, Windows 95 keyboard, 33.6 KB data fax
modem, two-button mouse, Windows 95 operating system and one-year of manufacturer's technical support. Some systems
also include Lotus SmartSuite.

Specific system configurations are available on an individual retailer basis.

NetRam WinChip-based systems are available at Fry's Electronics and Sun Television and Appliance (Nasdaq:SNTV - news)
stores. All NetRam computers allow easy upgrade of internal hardware, including memory, peripheral cards and disk drives.
Retailers have the choice of offering systems available with Lotus SmartSuite, and all systems ship with either Microsoft
Windows 95 or Windows 98 installed.
