Have to agree, at these levels, we have great upside potential and limited risk.
Let's look at some known facts: first the company opened a new facility last September, that according to the 10k, will be break even within 18 months. This has caused a temporary negative impact on earnings. Their operations with hospitals for acute care, is very profitable and they are going into nursing homes in a big way, which should show profitability soon. Their original facility, L.A. Community is very profitable, as it's completely maxed out. We could return to profitability this quarter, depending on how they have filled up the new facility. If not this quarter, definitely soon.
We still haven't heard about the facility that they signed a letter of intent to buy about 3 months ago, I feel that the deal is not dead, but I'd sure like to know what's happening.
When I took my position in this company, I felt that it would be a long term play with maybe some ups and downs along the way, with the end result, the company being bought out by a bigger player in the industry. I still feel that way, and at these levels, the stock is a real steal.
