The only info I have is that this is a non-reporting BB company that has only been trading for a short time. As it started trading, it has done no volume until FSS. ECAP (the mm that the insiders are probably using) sits on the offer all day long, and MASH (Charles Schwab's OTC MM) sit on the bid. Lot's of little guys buying, lots of insiders selling. I will have to give a hand to FSS though, this stock has held firmer than all of his other clients. This FSS exposure did cost the company $300,000, and in time, the stock will be a dollar like all the others.
