Now I'm the first to admit that I'm naive about these things . . .

. . . but, if Caye Chapel, Oilex and everyone else has known for months that Caye Chapel was going to buy Oilex, and if Oilex was trading at such low, low prices . . .

. . . why would NOT Caye Chapel have entered the market and bought all these shares over the past several months for themselves?

After all, if Caye Chapel is going to acquire Oilex, isn't it in Caye Chapel's best interest to acquire all of the shares of Oilex it can at CHEAP prices and then keep quiet about it so that the price doesn't go up until such time that they have completed their acquisition. Why would Caye Chapel allow over 2 million shares (22-23% of Oilex) to be available on the open market?

I guess my question is this: If the Caye Chapel/Oilex is for real, why would well over 2 million shares be available on the open market for this person to buy at only .13 --- especially in light of all of the claims on this thread (and elsewhere) regarding the real value of Oilex?

None of this makes any sense to me. Can someone help me out?
