This is great news, just ask ANY former VISA Interactive bank how well third party customer service works....

MSFDC must really be hurting if they need to spin off customer service. The whole logistics of divorcing your customer service from from your operations bled Visa Interactive to death.

I say, this is great news for CKFR.
