An interesting thought though... Why would anyone come to work for a company that had the possibility of failing?? I think that FSCX can remain an ongoing concern provided the bankruptcy judge acts quickly. And I hear he's been working on the case with the various creditors and hearing motions the past couple of days. MAybe we'll hear something soon. Good Luck. R..
