Henley Announces Audit in Progress July 1, 1998 10:47 AM MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 1, 1998--The Henley Group Inc. has engaged Lazar Levine & Felix LLP to audit its financial statements as of and for the year ended March 31, 1998. Lazar Levine & Felix LLP whose main office is at 350 Fifth Avenue, New York City was ranked as the 24th largest auditor of public companies in the United States. The firm expects to complete its audit on or about July 15, 1998. Their audit will become part of a filing that the company expects to make with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
