MSH Entertainment Chairman Contacts Shareholders

SAN FRANCISCO, July 1 /PRNewswire/ -- The chairman of the Board of MSH Entertainment Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: MSHE) today released an interim update to MSH shareholders about the Company. He has also expressed satisfaction that MSH has recently received recognition in publications such as "Variety" and "Millimeter". Copies of these articles are available on the MSH website: mshe.com. Dear Shareholders and Interested Parties:
We'd like to wish all our loyal shareholders and investors a safe and happy 4th of July. As we enter this holiday weekend we should all reflect on our good fortune and the fact that we're able to live and work in this great country. A country built on the zeal and hard work of its populace. For those who desire to seek it, this world offers us
tremendous opportunity.
Like most of the immigrants and settlers who came to America, their journey was fraught with anticipation, trepidation, danger and high expectations; but for those that decided to take it, the road was always eventful regardless of the outcome.
Building a company is similar to settling a nation. MSHE has staked claim in various niches' in the entertainment world, has created diverse product in the form of television shows, music, and software. As we have grown, we have established relationships with companies greater and smaller then us; similar to a country establishing trading and diplomatic relations with other countries. Fundamentally, MSHE has a much stronger foundation than any other time in the past. We continue to create and produce product that we're proud of. Our numbers grow as we attract additional strong management personnel and enter into new strategic alliances.
As in life, perception and reality sometimes diverge. Inevitably when a company announces an acquisition, the acquiring company stock falls and the acquired company stock rises. It appears that has happened in our case, however, in this instance the acquired company stock is not public. As a shareholder you are in a position to take advantage, of a languishing price if you desire. For those of you who have been with us a long time, we ask you to be patient.
Like the old West, the OTC Bulletin Board is still being explored and is still unsettled. Many companies embark on this journey, hopeful of success and a listing on Nasdaq. When the journey is complete, some of the original companies have died, some are wounded, and some arrive intact but none are completely unscathed. I have witnessed first hand the tenacity and strength that has made this country great. The people at MSHE have endured incredible hardships, both personal and financial, to insure success.
MSH stock has helped pay for College tuition's, building new homes, and making dreams a reality. I am very touched and proud to see this. It's been an honor to work and fight alongside with the wonderfully talented people that have come on the journey with MSHE. As we near our goal, I want to thank all of you who have provided us with your investment.
I can say that in all my life, this July 4th has the most significance to me, because I have experienced with MSH what really makes this country so great... its people. Have a great 4th of July.
