Tried to edit my dumbass question but was too late. Let me rephrase it. Does ratio 4:1imply mean that a SpinCO share will be worth 1/5 of a Q share at distribution?.The idea that SpinCO assets are undervalued must be one of the motivating factors here, therefore Q must feel that a SpinCo share will be worth more than 1/5 of a Q.
Seems that Mr. Market is also somewhat confused...Thanks again
