Well, these SI threads are useless as an exchange of information, so I am not posting much any more. However, I have gotten several PMs asking me what is going on, so I thought I would share the following.

When I invested in DGIV I did my own DD, shared that DD with others, made my own decisions, invested my own money, and didn't -- and don't -- need the help of anyone to continue doing that, nor the hindrance of anyone trying to save me from whatever.

I still consider DGIV among the most promising of the OTC-BB stocks, though it will continue to be battered about until they become fully reporting and go nasdaq. Since it is OTC-BB it is, obviously, risky. I weighed the risk and the potential before investing, and am as comfortable with my investment today and with its risk level as I was when I began investing. As with any risky stock, I never invest more than I can afford to lose. I have continued my own DD, but have learned to no longer share it on SI.

The discussion on DGIV's prior earnings and protocol standards are interesting, but are not at the heart of my investment decision. If I went by prior earnings, I would not invest in many internet stocks at all. It is the future that I am investing in, particularly with a company that is re-orienting itself from a voice callback to an international VoIP company. The standards question is important, but only as it relates to their gateways. If they were in the business of selling boxes, this would be crucial. But they are in the business of establishing cooperative agreements with local telcos in foreign countries. As such, once the contracts are signed and delivered, DGIV can manufacture to whatever standards exist, or lease/buy boxes from other manufacturers, as far as that goes.

As with everyone else, I was very disappointed at the delays that we saw with respect to NASDAQ filing, Form 10, etc. This shows me a small upstart company that got a bit ahead of itself as far as dotting the i's and crossing the t's, and is having to step back to do things right. OTOH, I was pleasently surprised by the German announcement, and other announcements that show the type of growth that we may be experiencing in the future.

I look for DGIV to recover once they release audited figures, and become fully reporting. When this will be I don't know, but I expect it to be sooner rather than later. Until that happens, DGIV's risk level will remain high. Once they go NASDAQ, by whatever route, I expect this stock to soar. When this will happen or even if is something that I don't know, since I don't work for the company. Actually, they work for me as an investor. My money is on it happening, which is why I have invested.

Those who choose to believe otherwise, that DGIV is not sound, is a scam, or even that Jimmy Chin does not exist, have made their choice as I have mine. Why they continue to post their opinion here, when they are not invested, does not make sense in any way other than their having an agenda. But I don't need their agenda, they have their opinion and I have mine. They make their invesments and I make mine.

As far as "rocketeering," I think this was a good, innocent, noble concept of individual investors sharing DD and helping each other out, buying and holding. But it got out of hand, with misunderstandings and purposeful bending of the facts by those who have their own agenda. That is one reason I changed my handle, though not my philosophy. I don't believe in pumping and dumping, never have, and never will. I believe in finding a good investment, buying, and holding long unless the fundamentals change. A good portfolio should be balanced, and my own portfolio has room for high reward/risk companies as well as more conservative investments. Your own mileage might vary.
