Steve:

I'm interested in this shell acquisition, but I'm confused on the number of shares reported.

On 1/8/97, the SRSI thread says there is 6.5M shares out/ 2M float.
On 1/30/98, a 10 for 1 reverse split = 650,000 out/ 200,000 float.
On 3/27/98, you started this new thread stating SRSI has 3.3M out.
Today 7/1/98, you say the acquisition was made with 10M shares.

How many shares are outstanding and floating?

Also, does SRSI still have an $11M tax loss carryforward?

Is the new acquired company profitable or just a startup hoping to manufacture something?

TIA,
Harry
