Todd, could you explain what >long term EPS growth of 25.00% per year< means for companies that are currently losing money?

Does it mean they will lose less money in the future?

Or will they actually make money?

PS: Before I got into the stock market, I was under the >stupid?< impression that companies were supposed to make money. But now I see that it's future earnings that count, and that's why stocks like Yahoo and AOL and even our beloved Applied Magnetics can rise so strongly.
