I don't mind if its for shares, when a company has a positive cash flow. That means its a good deal. We have something to look forward to on the positive side. I wrote my broker and their reply was to say, they never heard of such a deal that warrants will be paid only if the stock is on hand. Altomare maybe pulling a good one, getting those shares back and having to hold them. We may see some upside just over that one.
