.I think that was Micropicker who ask about valve write up in Business Week. My source, the one who gave the web page to check out , told me that "the lifting cost for the TOUP pumps during the test program was measured in cents per day vs dollars per barrel and with no rods or tube the operational cost drops dramatically for stripper wells. Thousands of marginal wells become profitable"
