Specialty Retail Services Announces Completion OfThe Acquisition Of EMISSION CONTROL SDN. BHD.
ATLANTA, July 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Specialty Retail Services, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: SRSI) ("SRSI") today announced the successful completion of the acquisition of all the outstanding shares of EMISSION CONTROL SDN. BHD, a Malaysian Corporation for 10 million Common Shares of "SRSI."
EMISSION CONTROL currently owns the mining rights to 7 leases in the State of Kelantan, Malaysia, representing 534.5 Hectares. Over $13,000,000 has already been spent to date to develop the property for mining. Reserve estimates indicate the presence of over 19,000,000 grams of gold on the lease area.
SRSI is in active negotiations for additional acquisitions.
The existing Board of Directors of SRSI resigned and three affiliates of EMISSION CONTROL were appointed to the Board.
